Jie Jiang is currently a Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Science and Engineering at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) in Shenzhen. Before joining SUSTech, Jie was a Postdoctoral researcher at University of Surrey in the UK where she worked on the HomeSense project to study how digital sensors can facilitate social research on home activities. Her research has been published in journals such as ACM Transactions on Knowledge Discovery from Data, ACM Transactions on Internet of Things, Neural Computing and Applications.
